Insert a lollipop stick into the centre of each cake ball. Allow the cake balls to freeze for at least 1 hour. Melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth. Immediately dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate and sprinkle with sprinkles. Return the cake pops to the parchment paper to cool until the chocolate hardens. Serve and have fun.
