Seras reuniting with Rusted Knight Jaune
Jaune: Seras... is it really you... please. Please let it really be you.
Seras: Jaune, it is me. I'm here, love. (Caresses Jaune's face.)
Jaune: (Leans into her hand, her touch warming Jaune's heart despite her stone cold flesh, inhaling her scent.) Gods. I was afraid that you were just another illusion. Either made by this place or I was finally going insane.
Seras: You're not, Jaune. And I'm not an illusion. (Leans in for a kiss but is stopped. Seras looks at Jaune questioningly.)
Jaune: (Looks away in shame) How can you still want me, Seras?
Seras: Wha-? How can you ask me that?
Jaune: Look at me, Seras. When you told me what you were, how you didn't age, the dumb, shallow kid I was just thought "this woman i love will look young and beautiful forever". But in the back of my mind, a small voice would say how I would grow old while you remained as you were. I always squashed that voice, never paid it much attention. Just happy that someone as amazing as you would want a screw-up like me. I never gave it a second thought how you would have to see me grow old. But now look at me.
Seras: Jaune... you are a right pillock.
Seras: Did you really think i hadn't thought of that as well? The only difference is I wasn't afraid of you becoming an old man, as if you'd grow ugly in time. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to grow old and die with you. I was afraid that in my eternal curse to walk the world, i'd lose the candle that kept me warm. To a vampire, age is the ultimate desire for them, because it is something we can't have. A privilege we threw away in our desperate desire to live. My Master always envied the old, because they never gave into the fear of death, they lived their life to the fullest, never taking the chance for immortality.
Jaune: Seras, im not the same person. Look at me.
Seras: Oh no. My steak is too juicy and my lobster is too buttery.
Seras: I want you as you, Jaune Arc. Young. Old. Skinny. Strong. Novice. Skilled. I want you, forever.
Seras: And... (hands trail over Jaune's body) maybe it's the vampirism or it's something about me I never knew about, but the beard, the voice, and the grey streaks of hair? (Bites her lip with a flushed face) It is doing something to me.
Jaune: (chuckles with love and pulls Seras flush against him, enjoying her squeak and the familiar yet long missed feel of her chest on his) I'd sometimes think about my favorite things to eat, and how I couldn't wait to taste them again when i got home. Like dino nuggets. Pizza. (Hand wanders south, squeezing Seras' ass) You.
Seras: And I can't wait to see if you having a beard will make your mouth feel even better.
Jaune: I may be out of practice.
Seras: I don't mind re-educating you~
