So I decided that Winter, Bleiss, Weiss, and Whitley's ages won't change in this AU, partially because I would like Winter and Jaune to be the same age without making her triplets with Bleiss and Weiss.

Pygmy, for instance, are more grown like plants. their have a lot of viens in their body and have uneven multicolors. The thing is, you can't simply 'Grow' them, or they'll simply be a plant; you have to manipulate them by feeding them blood, plasma, and bonemeal while simultaneously grafting living organs into them that they can adapt to.

The end result is a humanoid but since their bodies are unnatural to their intended development their psychonic stone is malformed and grows out of their body. this one is a Pygmy the easiest way to identify them is the distorted Magic (Psychonic) Stones growing out of their flesh. Pygmys are also unique in the fact that originally they were created solely by Elves as a sorta slave race.

Spriggins, Dyraids, Alraune and Myconid, the more plant like plant like fantasy races are all descendants of Eleven made Pygmies which were much more advanced then the current Pygmys created nowadays. The Halfings are also distantly related to the Pygmy as well as were the result of elves breeding Pygmy with Humans and Dwarves. The reasoning being creating Pygmy was more effort then simply breeding a slave race hence the Halfings were created and then rebelled and basically wiped away most of the understanding on how to make Pygmy so adavanced they were capable of reproduction.

The second type are Simulacrum, which is the furthest from a tradtional life. The idea is as the name said they a representation, likeness, or imitation of a human. Their closer to Golems then actual humans in how they act feeling uncanny in a way as they have nearly no emotions. it wouldn't be wrong to think of a Simulacrum as a AI in the sense tha it is acting on variables and algorithms but at the same time they are much less complex and far more predictable. Simulacrums can develope a ego over time but in general their rather doll like in emotion and moreso they can reproduce because their more silicon based structurally.

If the Pygmy is a plant shaped to be human then a Simulacra is a golem meant to imatate humanity.

The third type of Homunculus is a Replicant (Or Doppelganger) and is made using the flesh, bone or blood of a person to create a create a copy of them. This one is more akin to what you see in Full Metal Alchemist as it's purpose is to replace said person or at least fufil their role. However they will never be a perfect copy of said person and are almost always going to have a identiy crisis recoving around said person
