Hi! We're EmberSlimeHunts! Please call us Theta. We use it/he.
We're polytherian and otherkin, and a queer furry. Our kintypes include spider (ambitherian), crow and hellhound. (non exhaustive list)
We're pro-endo! All systems are deserving of kindness & support and if you don't like that then you shouldn't be here!

No DNI but we block liberally, and for minor annoyances, because I genuinely just don't care.
I identify as two-spirit. I am indigenous and if anyone has questions feel free to ask (just know that I did not grow up with much indigenous culture so I won't be able to answer some questions because I just don't know). But if you're going to be a jerk and bother me with questioning my validity as an indigenous queer person, I will just block you, so don't even bother.
Blinkies under cut!
Also: I have a blinkie collection specifically for userboxes etc. Feel free to use them btw, but here they are. I'll describe them later, but that's because some will be easier to describe than others. These were all made on blinkies.cafe. I do occasionally design my own, though, and share them there.

lesbian texting their straight guy friends: it genuinely worries me that people are going to start with Vineland and get turned off to Pynchon forever. itâs not even that challenging but itâs likeâŚothers from him are so superior in basically every way?? this happened with Inherent Vice too like ok letâs all KILL OURSELVES
lesbian texting their bisexual guy friends: Omg hiii I actually do not know anyone who would be a good fit to run in bar marketing for the doritos infused tequila but thank you for thinking of me!! Are you still doing the MFA???

Meanwhile, âutterâ works for the first (e.g., âyou utter floorboardâ) but somehow âutterlyâ doesnât seem to work as well for the second (âI was utterly floorboardedâ).
⌠huh.  I thought that might just be the similarity to âflooredâ, and yet âI was utterly coat hangeredâ does seem to convey something similar.
I have to tell you, I am utterly sandwiched at this discovery.
I do not feel represented by 99% of transgender art or characters whatsoever. the concept of a trans character having my body type, gender identity and preference, but most importantly, race and skintone, is absolutely preposterous to people. it's why I feel a lil bit of a disconnection from a lot of trans related art. mainly because it's so...white too.
my own art is the only time I've seen someone like myself get represented as a black transmasc and honestly it's very isolating how white the defining art movement may be, or at least whiteness being set the forefront.
I've came to a realization the other day as a black person that I'm always gonna be outside the default. my existence treated as an option to be visible to other people rather than set at the forefront. I don't think black trans people are SUPER invisible but most of us are made to feel that way, especially when we are gnc, intersex, etc.
