Sometimes the most radical thing you can do in a loud, exhausting world is stay soft. Kindness isn’t weakness, hope isn’t naïve, and caring deeply isn’t embarrassing. The world changes because people refuse to stop believing it can be better, and that belief starts in small places, a kind word, and choosing compassion when it would be easier not to.
