What else was i going to say abt the meeting. well i guess the promotion 2.0 was the biggest thing . + the stress i feel abt making my professional development program😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑 Who gaf. whatever. Whatever! whatever.

ALSO. huge loss in that the half lebanese person in my dept that i always thought was cool but never got around to actually talking to was apparently waitlisted for med school and is starting TOMORROW????? ☹️

this meeting today was supposed to be about what we need to do as a team before the new team member starts but halfway through the phd on my team asked me 'did u complete your professional development plan like are you shooting for med school grad school ortho programs masters of public health hospital admin where are u going' & the dev plan was given to me in december 2025 and i was supposed to complete it by june 2026 and i have NOT done it bc it has stuff like quarterly goals 1yr goals and 5yr goals and well. I have no goals that i feel comfortable sharing and i don't have it in me to make up fake goals AND ANYWAY!! my supervisor told me we would meet sometime in june, it turned into sometime in july etccc so im waiting until that meeting is on my calendar to figure something out BUT BASICALLY!!!! they asked me that and i did NOT want to share so i turned to my supervisor and said 'aren't we supposed to meet abt that soon' and i HOPED that would be the end of it BUT IT WAS NOT!!! and i had to sit there and uncomfortably evade all of their questions abt my next steps AUGHHHH

Also hilarious that the phd on my team has somehow deluded herself into thinking i give a flying fuck abt stupid clinical research let alone fucking ORTHOPEDICS!!!!!!! research .

anyway guys my supervisor today was explaining how i should be promoted to a DIFFERENT position now.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 as if im going to believe a single word that comes out of her mouth now LMFAO
