It's been a while. As I'm a really really lazy person, I just wanted to sleep more instead of posting something. But yes! I was alive and still working. This time we catered for a digital agency Visumate. The location was on the rooftop of a building called Aufbau Haus in the middle of Morizplatz. Which has a very beautiful sunset view. We prepared 8 kinds of Korean fusion finger food for their summer event. โข Kimchi & Kkaktugi โข Gamja jorim - Soy sauce braised baby potato and carrot โข Kimbap (vegan, tuna mayo, bulgogi) โข Haemul pajeon - Korean seafood pancake โข Yangnyeom mushroom - Deep fried shiitake mushroom (instead of chicken) with sweet sour spicy sauce โข Ssam - Korean bbq style meatball โข Olive - Candy shaped deep fried olives โข Gungoguma - Roasted sweet potato mousse on a nest Now, we are always surrounded by vegans. So you have to aware of them. After 3 years of running this business in Berlin, I'm quite proud of myself that I can deal with them now. (I was struggling at the beginning) Such as vegan kimchi, Yangnyeom mushroom (instead of chicken), Roasted sweet potato mousse are strongly recommended if you are a fan of Korean food but being vegan. Gamja jorim (braised baby potato and carrot) is also very easy and tasty vegan side dish. So yes, Korean food can be a finger food and also vegan!
