Friend group chats are fun. Today one of my friends, who keeps pet crayfish, found babies in a tank that was supposed to be a males only. No choice but to empty out the whole tank to fish out the babies of unknowable origins. But lo and behold, there was a culprit: one teeny tiny little female had somehow escaped containment, evidently specifically going out of her way to break into this all male tank to get railed by like 15 males twice her size. Possibly completely different breed, too. Monsterfucker supreme.
So for a good solid hour or so, the whole group chat was focused on. slutshaming this one specific little crustacean. With like 300 babies.
So @dontrollthedicesideblog and I finished watching dm today, exactly 1 year after we started. Now I present: the finalized yugioh dm crimes and kill count list!
What is the most common crime in dm?
attempted murder
followed by actual murder, soul-stealing and normal stealing. Cheating at card game is the 6th most common crime.
There were 53 counts of attempted murder, 14 of which are by Yami Bakura. Speaking of the most murderous character,
Yami Bakura leads with 14 murder attempts and 18 successful murders. I am counting Yami Bakura, TKB, and Zorc as one entity.
Yugi has the most attempts on his life, as expected, followed by Kaiba.
Below is a net crime count (crimes committed by character minus crimes committed against them)
Unsurprisingly, Joey is the show's punching bag with 21 crimes committed against him, followed by Yugi with 15 crimes against him. Yami Bakura is crimes georg with 39 total crimes. Marik, hilariously, has committed more crimes as himself than as his dark side.
Overall, there were 176 crimes committed over 224 episodes, giving a crime rate of 0.8 crimes per episode. This is not counting the worst crime of all, which was the ending to the english dub.
This project has been super fun to run over the past year. Obviously it's not a rigorous study, but it does give us a general idea of some trends that many of us in the fandom had already suspected. Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have about the stats, or the methods of collecting them.
Even though we're done watching dm, this project isn't entirely over yet. I plan update again once we watch s0. The Pharaoh has only killed 4 people in dm, with an 80% success rate. I'm sure this number will go up once we add s0 to the mix.

as someone with experience in the discord console, unfortunately they made it a little trickier than just ctrl + shift + i about four years ago, i believe.
specifically what you're going to want to do is find settings.json in %appdata%/discord or the mac equivalent which is found with finder > go > go to folder. there is a setting there titled "DANGEROUS_ENABLE_DEVTOOLS_ONLY_ENABLE_IF_YOU_KNOW_WHAT_YOURE_DOING": and if it is not, copy and paste "DANGEROUS_ENABLE_DEVTOOLS_ONLY_ENABLE_IF_YOU_KNOW_WHAT_YOURE_DOING": true into the .json and then, only then you can do crtl + shift + i or command + option + i on mac.

Not only did Itch.io delete all the nsfw games on their platform it is now denying payouts for these games under the guise of “violation of tos”

One user has suggested to set revenue sharing to 0% to prevent Itch.io from gaining any revenue from these games or other games in the future as a form of protest.
While this may not prevent itch.io from the money they’ve already gained it will prevent them from further gaining revenue on future games purchased from them.
At this point in time it does not matter if Itch.io was pressured into this decision or not. What does matter is they blindly pulled the rug from under many indie game devs, cutting them off from a source of income and continuing to hoard the income that is due to them.
No official statement or any semblance of guilt or sorrow, just a salute emoji and a back turned onto the community that built the website.

Do you truly believe that having belly fat makes people disgusting? That the media should have final say on how you feel about yourself? If you don't believe it and there is a mismatch between your moral beliefs and your gut reaction to your appearance...
