Hello Tumblr! Itās been a while. Haha. Life has been good if you may ask, thank you. Iāll try to update my blog more often from now on. A lot of things happened while Iām away(from Tumblr). I honestly donāt know how to start narrating everthing and I might not even be able to but with the help of the remaining diligence in my guts, Iāll try.
This blog is supposed to be a record of my dailies, turned out, I put too much effort on my work that l got lazy for other stuff. Oha! Gemegenen! Haha. Okay, I just made that up. Truth is, I always try to remind myself to DL the app on my phone(ācuase no lappy for me still baby) but always end up blabbing every single thing in Facebook.
Anyways, this is the entire purpose of this post. Just trying to set the record to a start⦠yet again. -_-
Quick update
Hi guys! Itās been a while. Work has been a tough priority these days hence lack of update. Hoho. I have a lot to tell. I swear Iād make a major update some time if not too busy.
I am currently dozing off here at the lab office. I finished running my tests early today. Gawd. This is what I battle with everyday now - hating both too much and too little requests. -_- My eye are getting heavier.
Anyways, I have to stay up late these past few days and the very reason for which is MLFTS. Hahaha. Iām not really a fan of K-novelas but I thought I might as well try for a change. The story line is good so far tho sometimes I feel empty impact on the way koreans act which I blame with watching too much english movies. Iām not used to it - maybe.
And darn! Where did all these tags come from? I have 1 handwriting, 1Ā 11 questions, and 2 shuffles. Haha.
So yeah! Thatās it. Bye. Haha
Arenāt they supra-adorable??? *hyperventilate* Hahaha. Totally kick started my day.
Thereās so much to do. I have to pack my things and review test procedures. It basically means, Iām back to reviewing. Gah.
On another note, zai and I realized, just now, how Benās(of Sorted Food) personality ressembles our big broās - the nerdy type of person who always tries to explain things technichally if not scientifically. Also, they both love mastering things - they donāt only do, they master. I thank God Iām not as nerdy-whatevs as my bro. That will definitely double my weirdness.
Gotta keep movinā yāall. Busy day it is!

Haha. zaicreme just said Iām pretty! Boom! Well, thank you dork. At least, for once, you donāt annoy me. *insert fakesmile then sudden frown and finally, eyes rolling*
It has been gloomy and rainy all day. This kind of day is in the bottom of the list of times when everyone is at their most productive self. Haha. Basically, we have nothing to do but watch random vids on YouTube. The one thatās on the photo is Lindsey Stirling. Such an awesome talent. If you havenāt seen her yet, go check her out. She is known as the DANCING VIOLINIST. She plays really well. I mean, I donāt really play violine which is one of my frustrations because I canāt afford to buy one, and Iām not possibly good at evaluating such but I swear the intentions she puts in her music and the motivation she have for doing it is one of the most meaningful ones that I know. What Iām trying to say is, just go watch. Haha. You wonāt regret it. ^^ Also, we recently fell āin likeā(lol. Is that even a term?) with Asian YouTubers. They are so much fun to watch and itās amazing how they have put up such community online. They make me wanna put up my own channel⦠which is not a good idea, unless⦠youāre ready for alien invasion of twisted tongue of dooooom! Okay. Thatās weird. Haha. Did I spell tongue correctly? I mean, should it be tounge? Wait. No. What? Hahaha. Sorry, Iām using my phone and I am worst at spelling words.
Grabitii! Bat anghyper ko. Is it the coffee? Oh yeah! Anyway, I know I am not supposed to have some coffee because of palpitation problems, which until now, I donāt know why it happens, but⦠itās a rainy day! It is a perfect time for a hot coffee on hand. Actually, itās not pure coffee. Itās more of a cappuccino. Uh.. no. I donāt even know what composes a cappuccino. I had a bunch of it over the years but canāt seem to sort out the flavors that are in there. Parang puro kape din lang. Is it coffee with chocolate? Or maybe⦠with love. Nah. Hahaha. Yak! Angkorni! *cringe cringe* But I did put choco on my coffee and hoped that makes it a cappuccino. Hahaha.
And oh, thatās our dog La Fitto, the Dachs of doom. Heās dozing off all day if not terrorizing my sister. You know, he loves to bother her when his hormones are all pumped up. Hahaha.
Itās almost five and I havenāt taken a bath yet. Haha. Perks of a rainy day - the feeling of forever clean.

Many times I have tried to pick up the multicolored mask seated inside the drawer I made specially for something I want to keep away from me. I always wanted to go north when everyone's heading sourth and they can't even breathe. They cannot breathe because they cemented their own masks on their naturally colored face that air could not pass. They cannot breathe because the spaces between persons in a crowd are too thin that the breeze ready to deliver comfort can not properly circulate and somehow, along the road, they are missing many things in life. I always wanted to breathe but today, loneliness is building up inside my being. Today, the urge of putting on a mask has gotten stronger like it grew muscles over the years. I always wanted to breathe but the persuading juvillant noise of the southern thin breeze brought about by the persons in masks is pulling me closer and closer and I'm loosing my grip. I hold on my bravely constructed principles that would keep me from being pulled and ruined but today is a tough one to keep holding on. But as I stare at the mask, keeping my hands from trembling, from shaking, from an impulsive decision that I might regret, I remember the people who has been walking with me on this road. We have fallen a million times but the bond we built between us is what kept us walking and not faint. We are very few, we don't outnumber those who are in the masks, but I am surely not alone. This is just one of the days when I have to fall a bit to remember how far I have walked and that there's more that awaits but through it all, I am not alone. The mask must be always tempting but sitting it in the drawer serves it best. And the air, oh the air I'm breathing, is one thing I will never trade for approval.
Also, bukas na ba magshshowing dito? Haha. Mejo nalilito ako.
It's 22 Jump Street and How To Train Your Dragon 2 tomorrow and I have nothing to buy tix for cinema! T.T
But wait... I don't really do theater viewing. Haha. But still, I wanna see these movies PRONTO! T.T
I suddenly wanna see how Gus' amputated leg turned out in the movie.
Haha. Nah, I just wanna see the movie. But as always, not now that everyone's fangirling(in a more positive way. I do not intend to insult anyone, trust me. It's just 'cuase my vocabulary is too poor these days.) over it. I know, I know. I always said I hate Hazel Grace's perosnality and most part of the story but still, I have to see it. I am too curiousĀ of the difference between that and the book, if the movie is somewhat better than the story. Also, I think I have to reread the book. Mejo nakalimutan ko na kugn anong pinaglalaban ko. hahaha. But I am pretty sure I hated the delivered beliefs and principles. Hm.
People will hate me. T.T
But, seriously, Does Gus' leg look bad on the movie?
Happy Independence Day!
anyway. ^^

Monday
So, as some of you may already know, I got a call from Dr. G on monday (late)afternoon. I was asked to report at the hospital site for the interview. I spent the remaining hours of the day(that I'm awake) for gathering papers/certs for my resume(and making one) and writing an application letter. I tried to sleep early so I could also wake up early and pack my things and wrap things up.
Teusday
I finished making my resume and packing up at around nine(of course that includes eating, taking a bath and everything. haha). I have to fetch my OTR at school and drop some stuff at the lab(where I had my internship) before heading to Ilocos. I was so stoked to see one of my college budbuds who was also waiting for her interview that day. Itās very comforting to know that youāre not actually the only who's going through a nerve-racking situation ATM. I was expecting to see those who are employed at our school but unfortunately, they were having a training for... something I don't know. haha.
Hopped in a bus to Vigan at one. It was one of the Virons which I did expect to 'cause me late and it did! hahaha. I was so freaked out when I woke up from a nap in Narvacan and it's already 3:30. I sent Dr. G a message asking if I can still have an interview if I can't make it that day. She replied, "Andito ka na ba?" and I was like, Doc, hindi na nga po ako makakaabot. Hindi pa ako nag-uumpisa fired na ako. Pero siyempre di ko sinabi yun. hahaha. Ano ako? Tange? Konti lang. haha. Finally, she told me to just text her if I'm there. So, I thought, maybe theyāll wait for me or something? It's not like I'm a VIP, please. tehe.
The bus dropped me at the Library(Vigan) arround 4:15. I waited there for Kuya Mark(who came to fetch me) for 5 mins., I think, and headed home. I mean, the other home. I can go straight to the hospital but I was wearing Tees and jeans which, I supposed, are not ideal for a job interview. I arrived at the hospital, finally, at quarter to five⦠or so. I was surprised because just after I texted Doc G(na andun na ako), they called my name. Eh nasakin pa yung resume ko. Silang lahat nakapasa na. Huwaw. Hindi rin ako pa-importante ano po? haha. For the first time, I personally met Dr. G and two other doctors/stockholders. One of them, I assumed, is the Medical Director. Of course it should be the one who looked the oldest and has an authoritative (in a positive way) aura or something. Haha. The interview was quick and very informal. Itās more of a meet and greet thing. Haha. Seriously. Wala pa atang 5 mins. tapos na ako.
I was asked to have a month of training (with pay) before doing the real deal. Among the applicants, I am the only person who has no job experience. They recommended me to a free-standing lab in Vigan(the hospital is in Bantay, BTW) in which Dr. G is also a stockholder.
After the interview I headed straight home and hugged my smarty nephew and kissed him and teased him about his, IDK, pimple? Hahaha. He has this big zit-like thing on his nose and he calls it Mr. Bump. Haha. Way to end a tiring day.
Yesterday
I was enjoying whatever that is there in my feed when Doc G, again, called. She asked if Iām still in Ilocos and if I wanna go visit the lab and talk to Sir Jo about my training. So, ano pa nga aba? Eh di go ako after lunch. Since itās only a free-standing lab, expected ko na, na maliit lang siya at maliit nga talaga. Haha. But, good thing is, they are fully automated except for urinalysis and fecalysis. There are these two nurses who can do phlebotomy too. HAYAHAY! Haha. Though CBC is machine-done, Sir Jo allowed me to use his stains for manual so I could practice. My question is, do they not manual read abnormal results? Because back at the lab where I had my internship, we still do manual counting if we get abnormal results on the machine. BUT, whatever. Hahaha. Putting such trust on your machine isnāt really a bad thingā¦. I guess. LOL.
Today
I will start working on Monday! Yeeeeeeeey!! I am flippinā excited! That gives me a chance to come home here in La Union today to grab all my things and have enough time to say goodbye (for a while) to my rents and sibs and spend the remaining days of vacation with them.
----"For I know the plans I have for you,ā declares the Lord, āplans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. - Jeremiah 29:11---- For everything that is happening in my life, all I can do is stand in awe of God's love and greatness.
Red Alert!!
I was expecting to get a call from Dr. G but not as early as today. They are asking me to report tomorrow at the hospital for the interview and Iām like, seriously? I havenāt packed my things yet, havenāt picked up my OTR andhavenāt made my application letter and resume and itās a four-hour trip. I am totally stressed out. The interview is at four in the afternoon so I have to wake up early tomorrow to get things done. I donāt know how but do I have any choice?
Iāll have a little visit at school for my OTR and to see my college buds who are so blessed to be working there now and travel straight ahead to Ilocos. Tomorrowās gonna be a big and tiring day.
Tonight, with full conviction, I AM CLAIMING FOR THE VICTORY CHRIST HAS WON ON THE CROSS TO BE BOUNTIFULLY POURED OUT UPON ME! He has given me this job, heāll also provide everything that I need to keep it going.
I think as much as you adore and love a character you should never aspire to be them or akin to them. You see the thing about fictional characters is that they are not real. Obvious I know, but thatās exactly it. They are created in the mind of another and as much as youā¦
Ok seriously castingdiadems ⦠the point we always wanted to point out had just been pointed out. So get on your feet and dance the victory dance. Haha.
I was planning to make a post about the same thing but my vocabulary is as poor as Philippine leadership these days. Haha. This is the total package of whatās in my brain so thank you zaicreme for sharing and ohblahblahblahhh for a very fine delivery! Imma flip in my bed tonight! Hahaha.
I think the strongest prayer Iāve ever prayed is a single phrase I declared with complete honesty: God, I have no idea what youāre doing, but I trust you.
Thought about my drive home last night. (via churchjanitor)
