Pride Reads 2026, Day 8: Old-Fashioned Cupcake with Cappuccino

The sequel to Old-Fashioned Cupcake follows Nozue and Togawa's relationship now that they're dating. While they've been enjoying domestic bliss in secret, Nozue worries that their relationship will be exposed at work. Not only is he older than his boyfriend, but he's also his boss, and Nozue spirals as he puts distance between them to try and keep Togawa safe. But Togawa doesn't agree with Nozue, and he'd rather be public than hide. The two must navigate this conflict to find a way to be happy together. I love these characters, the art, the manga formatting, setting, and the emotional story! There are sweet moments and sexy ones, and I especially liked their onsen vacation.
