Ingredients: 8 oz whole wheat pasta. 1 cup frozen peas. 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped. 1 tbsp olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil for garnish.
Instructions: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add peas during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, cook chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove excess fat. Add olive oil and minced garlic to the skillet. Saut until garlic is fragrant. Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Combine the cooked pasta and peas with the bacon, garlic, and tomatoes in the skillet. Toss to mix well. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are evenly distributed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Serve hot and enjoy your lightened-up BBQ pasta!

Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter. 2 cups granulated sugar. 4 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until well combined. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting them into squares. Serve and enjoy these decadent double chocolate brownies!

Saut the prawns in a separate pan until they are pink and cooked through. Serve the prawns with the risotto right away.
