DAY 2 OF 5 MINUTE MEDITATION (Español⬇️) Today’s 5 minutes to myself happened after rushing through the weekly grocery trip. ▫️ I had just dropped off my kiddos at vacation bible school and I rushed through it like always. I wanted to be able to take the groceries back home before picking my kiddos. ▫️ I reminded myself to slow down. I sat in the truck after I loaded the groceries and enjoyed 2 of my favorite things in silence: my @eatnui cookies my cold brew. I told my baby girl that it was quiet time for a bit until I start driving. ▫️ I’m always rushing to do almost everything. I eat on the road a lot, but this time was different. I sat down parked in silence enjoying my cookies while I sipped on my coffee and just looked at the sky. ▪️ DIA 2 DE 5 MINUTOS DE MEDITACION. Los 5 minutos de hoy para mí pasaron después de apresurarme en el viaje semanal del supermercado. ▫️ Acababa de dejar a mis hijos en la escuela bíblica y corrí a al supermecado como siempre. Quería poder llevar la comida de vuelta a casa antes de recoger a mis hijos. ▫️ Me senté en mi camioneta después de cargar las compras y disfruté de 2 de mis cosas favoritas en silencio: mi galletas de @eatnui y mi café frío. Le dije a mi bebé que era un momento de silencio por unos minutos. ▫️ Siempre me apresuro a hacer casi todo. Comó mucho en la carretera, pero esta vez fue diferente.
