Ribeye Steak and Pasture Raised Eggs all cooked in beef tallow with some sourdough toast in the corner for dinner tonight! Look, I know it’s a lot of meat. And cholesterol. And saturated fat. But I’m not doing this because I think that it’s bad, I’m doing it because I think it’s GOOD! Too many people have had positive outcomes on carnivore diets for me to think meat is bad. To many studies and meta-analyses have come out saying that meat can be consumed on a healthy diet for me to think that it’s bad. I look into this all day, and I listen to what different doctors across the spectrum are saying. And my conclusion is simple, PEOPLE ARE OMNIVORES. Plants don’t kill us and meat doesn’t kill us. Junk food, inactivity, and time kill us. Eating muscle helps us build muscle, but there are plenty of benefits from non-animal foods, as well. So DO NOT tell me that I eat too much meat or you will be BLOCKED! I’m doing what feels good and that I believe is best, and you should do the same!
