Threw myself in the gym today and had a total awesome shoulder workout. I promised you guys I was going to come out on top! Never give up. π . Something I really would love to touch on is how fitness applies to people differently. Believe it or not, a lot of fitness and health is trial and error. Just because statistics apply to most people, doesn't mean your results are going to be cookie cut that way. Body types are different and bodies respond to certain foods and styles of lifting differently. For example, I have an athletic body type. I always wished I was more "hippy". Sure I have boobs but I literally remind myself of an "T" with a butt in the back! My legs are 78%of my body not counting my head and I'm only 5'3. Carbs kill me and my body is more satisfied with higher fat. I can't eat gluten and whey destroys me. How did I find all of this out, trial and error really. Everyone is different! We are all shaped differently. We all have different dietary, emotional and physical needs. Just because it worked for someone else doesn't mean it will work for you.
