After Supercorp officially starts dating Kara has this NEED to share everything with Lena. Its not like even before Kara had any issues with giving Lena whatever she wanted. But on Krypton the moment you start courting, its official, everything that belongs to you belongs to your partner too, nothing and I mean nothing is completely yours.
Kara gives Lena her apartment keys (Lena is confused cause she already had a copy of those keys given by Kara before), tells Lena to get anything from her closet that she wants (Lena only wants her shirts and sweatpants, which she already wears without even asking), even gives Lena the access to her bank accounts, AND shares all the subscriptions she has (Lena gets a message at 2.30am in the morning working in her lab that Kara Danvers have made her a co-subscriber for the free snack sample subscription that Kara has).
That's actually the last straw before Lena asks Kara whats going on. Kara tells her and now Kara is siting in a board meeting as the co-owner of L-corp, not knowing what to do but giving her best. (Turns out Lena is way too passionate about following Kryptonian rituals and now they are doing weekly world trips to show Kara where all the Luthor properties are, besides Lena also don't mind turning some bad childhood memories into good ones by putting Kara in different positions in all those villas).
