We want to hear them. 

Make a playlist of a bunch of Halloween movies or spooky and weird Youtube videos to watch. (I heard Netflix curated a special Halloween list this year). 

Make a playlist of Halloween sounds, mixes, and/or tracks to listen to throughout the day, to get you in the spirit (RL Grime makes a dope mix every year) 

Gather a whole bunch of friends or whoever you can find, and have each person bring some snacks for a fun little Halloween movie night 

Dig through your closet and come up with ideas for costumes, based on what neglected clothing you have laying around in there. Get creative, and experiment with makeup and accessories- even if you aren’t actually going anywhere (Even though pretty much everyone does this) 

Since you’ll already be experimenting, you can also take some time to brush up on your makeup skills, as well as looks you wouldn’t typically wear. I mean, you can pretty much get away with looking like a fucked up version of yourself on Halloween, so what is there to lose 

Light a whole bunch of candles or put your lights on dim, and immerse in your playlists till your mom, roommate, or whoever come to check up on you, wondering what the hell going on 

Look up cute Halloween recipes to make out of things you already have at home, or just settle for a cheap box of cake mix and some icing. The whole point is to have an excuse to bake something 

All above mentioned at the same time 

Go trick or treating. You may be or look too old, but who cares- it free. Plus if you have siblings or kids you can ‘chaperone’, you can disguise yourself better

Check Facebook Events for local free events in your town that you can attend 

If you're low on festive friends or any at all, check Meetup.com for local events being hosted in your area. People are always hosting something for others to come and be apart of, especially during holidays 

Go Halloween splurging at the dollar store for snacks and festive items you can reuse (we can’t be wasting money over here on one time objects) 

Go to all the stores the day after Halloween, for them good ole half off sales
