You watch him from afar. He is perfect in every way. The way he sits there, carefree, completely at ease. He knows your deepest desires.

He knows you want to get on your knees. He knows you want to crawl towards him, subjugate yourself for him. To him.

His mere glance makes you shiver with heat and cold. His every movement an invitation to stare, to worship him.

All your thoughts revolve around him. He is the center of your existance.

He got into your head. And everything he does is extasy for you. Unbearable, tumultuous feelings clash inside you, fear and lust, love and terror. What is happening to you? Why does he have this control over you? How did this happen?

As you slowly lower yourself on your knees and tilt your head down, you know, it does not matter. Only your service matters. Only worship matters. Relieved, you crawl. Enthralled, you kneel.

Was there not someone ... something ... behind the Captain, just there? Just ... but there is no one ... only the Captain. You feel a sense of peace, as he looks at you, a comforting feeling takes hold of you.

You look into his eyes, and it is like a peaceful light filling you, surrounding you.

"Bathe in their light", he says. Who? What? You don't care. All you need to do is follow your Captain.

"Trust", he says. Yes. You do trust him. He is your Captain, you follow him.

"And obey", he says. Yes. You want to. You will. Your mind is so quiet now that it is soaked in the beautiful green light. It feels like the gentle touch of a thousand soft blades of grass, all over you. Tingly, but relaxing, comforting.

The Captain was overdue to return from his mission on Onaxl-Qr 3 for two days.

Now he is standing here in front of you, coming from the shuttle bay, bringing an alien with him, very much not protocol.

You start to protest about this breach of protocol, but ... something happens.

"Do not worry", he says, in a strangely calming tone. Immediately you feel more at ease with this bizarre situation that should not be. Aliens have to undergo diplomatic and security vetting before they can ...

"I am all better now", he continues, staring directly at you. Something in his eyes, in his voice, eases your tension, alleviates your worries.

What was it even you were worried about? You can hardly remember.

The only thing that matters is that he is all better now. Yes, of course.

"We all are", the Captain continues. Somehow these words are so ... pacifying. Inviting. Soothing. You realize, everything is fine. Everything is perfect. You ony need to listen to Captain. You only need to follow him.

His eyes say it all. Everything you need to know. You hardly can see the alien behind him anymore, it just blends into the background, vanishing. Only Captains eyes remain, and his perfect smile, that relaxes your mind and removes all your worries now.

Everything is fine. You are all better now.

And as the alien completely vanishes from your vision, your dark brown eyes take on a new green glow.

(lol, it looks like nano banana now tries to be especially "local", as in incorporating ideas into the imagery that are local to where you are. i did not ask nano to include a "Cafe Bruckner" which does have a particular austrian touch ... seems like we have to tell nano the location, if we don't want that ... however i grant it that it nailed the ambiance of the cafe perfectly, it really looks like it could be in any austrian city.)
