You’ve been at it for hours—well, technically, off and on for days—but tonight?

His head tilted back, eyes fluttering every time you ground down in just the right way, and the tension in his stomach was delicious—like he was trying so hard not to lose it.

He’d already edged himself twice. The man had been suffering under you, and it was making you feel smug as hell.

“That feel good, Buck?” you pant, digging your nails into his chest as you bounce. “You’re close, huh?”

He lets out this absolutely wrecked moan, head snapping forward, eyes locking with yours.

In the middle of a moan and a whimper, he lets out something that sounds an awful lot like “nnngghh— I love you.” while he fills you up.

He froze.

He blinked up at you, still inside, pupils blown wide and expression completely horrified. “Oh my god.”

“Did you just—?” You just stared, panting. “Bucky—”

“OH MY GOD,” he repeated, voice cracking this time, as he physically squirmed out from under you like a man escaping a crime scene.

You’re left there, dripping and throbbing from your high that never came, staring in disbelief as he grabs the nearest towel—your towel—and bolts for the bathroom like it’s a panic room.

“Are you serious right now?!” you shout, still fully naked, still full of him, as you flop backwards onto the bed in absolute disbelief.

“You literally just came inside me and told me you love me and now you’re locking yourself in the bathroom?!”

“You had a speech?!”

You bury your face in your hands, laughing so hard your stomach hurts. It’s insane how much you love this idiot.

“I love you too, Bucky,” you say through your giggles, even if he can barely hear it. “You dramatic, stupid, emotionally constipated man.”

There’s silence for a second. Then a very soft “…Really?”

You roll your eyes and sit up, already reaching for the discarded hoodie on the floor. “Yes, really. Now get your ass out here before I have to fake an orgasm so loud it gets you written up by the RA again.”

He groans from behind the door. “You’re gonna tell people about this, aren’t you.”

“Oh, absolutely. This is prime blackmail. My group chat’s gonna feast.”

The lock clicks and the door creaks open.

There he was. Flushed, sheepish, towel slung around his hips, hair damp from splashing his face like a man trying to baptize the shame away. He wouldn’t meet your eyes.

You crossed the room slowly, until you were standing in front of him. His eyes flick down, and then up again, like he’s trying to be respectful and failing miserably.

“Hi,” you whisper.

He swallows. “Hey.”

You reach up, cup his jaw, brush your thumb along his cheek. “Next time,” you say softly, “say it before you come.”

He laughs, shoulders sagging with relief—and before you can blink, his arms are around you and his mouth’s on yours, all teeth and tongue and finally.

And when he lifts you up—arms firm around your thighs—you wrap your legs around him and whisper against his lips.
