ā-you are cute, puppies are cute, Derpy is cute.ā
āMira youāre very, very cute,ā Zoey disagrees loudly from where sheās poking at a pot on the stove.
āNo, I- ugh. Whatever, not the point. Why did you two say that, anyway, about me being some closet romantic?ā
Rumi blinks at her. āBecause⦠you are?ā
āI am not- when have you ever seen me fawn over someone opening a door?ā Mira scoffs, resuming her ministrations on their fluffy visitor.
āNever, but-ā
"So why did you do that? Now people think I'm some swooning idiot."
āRight, no- Mira, I meant that you like to do those things.ā
āDuh,ā Zoey calls helpfully from the kitchen.
In which Mira decides to sweep Rumi and Zoey off their feet, and Rumi and Zoey are too stupid (affectionate) to realize it.
