So far I've only gotten 5k steps I'll probably only get 1k more today bc I don't feel like walking rn. I went to Little Caesars so here are my stats

More than usual in the end but it's fine. I'll do more tomorrow to make up for it
I feel like I'm on the verge of tears and it's just so random idk why
I weight myself this morning and I lost TEN pounds in the last month and a half. I am extremely happy. Ik a good amount of it is water weight but still. I've lost 27 pounds since April and I'm less than twenty pounds from being at my first big goal! :D
I got my 10k (almost 12k I think actually) steps in today. My 🦈 week also ended today (I think) so maybe I'll be able to walk more again.
I haven't eaten yet today but I've had water and a rockstar and an protein drink which probably ended up being 400 cals all together. I have burned 700 though so it's fine. I'm gonna have dinner soon so the stats will be this 👇

The bittersweet thing about my kitty being gone is that now I don't have to worry about him following me to the walking track :/ I was always scared he would walk with me and get lost (don't live that far from it but still he was a dumb baby) but now I guess I can walk there..sigh. I miss him terribly

I was able to get 7k steps in today during work which isn't terrible. If I had gotten my morning steps I would have be able to get my 10k in but it's fine. I'll try to get them tomorrow.

I didn't get up to pace this morning. I fell asleep at 11pm last night and didn't wake up till 1pm today. I don't usually sleep like that. The most I usually sleep is 4-5 hours a day.
Anyways I'm gonna walk soon and try to get at least 8k steps but hopefully 10k if I'm feeling it
Almost got my 10k steps in for the day. I just honestly want to be done and to go home and be alone I'm just bleh..I miss my cat :(( I can't believe he's gone
One of my cats got in the road this morning 😔 my neighbor found him and buried him for me. My heart is broken. I wish I could have had him inside but he wasn't able to be inside. And before you be like "well you shouldn't have had him" I didn't bring him here. He was someone else cat and came to my house for safety and I gave it to him the best I could. I am In pieces I wish I could have somehow done something for him
Its 8:50 am and I have done a small pace around the house while everyone is asleep and i got 3k steps. I'll get more done later but I have to go to be so I can get up for work later

I gen don't feel good today. I only got 5k steps in and I couldn't eat much of anything because of 🦈 week making me feel miserable :(

I am sleepy and hurt my wrist yesterday so I'm just gonna go to bed instead of pace today. I'll do it later. I also think I am getting my 🦈 week soon bc I feel bleh :( it is 6:32am and I am just now going to sleep 💤
I did 11k steps today. I walked around this house this morning with weights in my hands. Then after I took a nap I Went to the Laundromat and was there for 3 and a half hours💀. Took my vitamins. cleaned up the house and swept the floors. Did cat litter pans. Took the trash can to the road and then took a shower. I am dead xD I am gonna do my skincare and lay down with one of my cats and watch Markiplier for the rest of the night.
I'm also gonna do my leg lifts bc I forgot to do them this morning
