#calorie restriction

My absolute heaviest was when I was around 70kg in 2019-2020 and I looked like this:

I never want to go back to this.. ever. So I’m trying to start while I’m (kinda) ahead

Around two and half months ago I was hanging out with semi-friends and I was in a group photo that made me realize I had gained a TON of weight after not really thinking about my weight for a few years. The only change in my diet I had made was that I had went from eating one meal a day to two, before I was so busy with work and my (toxic horrible(I hated him)) relationship that I only ever ate once a day and was super active but I became single and unemployed (started college) so I’ve been just around the house most the time so I was eating a meal around lunch time and dinner time so I looked like the photo below (around 58kg) which I absolutely cannot handle, I’m so insecure about how I look again. So I recently decided to start up omad again because it’s absolutely insane I got this big and this is my progress after a about a month and a half (thank you sm if you’ve read this far) I weight about 50kg now and I’m aiming for around 36kg
