I made one comment, and it was this:

Who’s baba Yaga?

baba Yaga (not Yaga as a baba, but a baba version of Yaga) which is probably very important. She served the forest, and died due to Disney deleting baba Yaga. We know virtually nothing about the baba Yaga.

We do know that baba Yaga possessed powers. We’ll get to that later.

In the forest, we were on a mission to find our target, only knowing her location and that her is 50 years old. We came across our target only to realize that it’s a baba: the baba Yaga. Most likely baba Yaga is rare and special, since we kills in order to save her.

If baba Yaga is strong, then she could maybe that’s why the Disney scientist is so interested in destroying baba Yaga (does he want to experiment on her?). We must! Keep! baba Yaga! Safe!

Looking at the episode names of Madoka Magica, it's clear what the direction of the show was, and it's clear which impression most people will have now that the more serious undertones are no longer secret. From "I'm Not Afraid of Anything Anymore", "Miracles and Magic Are Real", and "There's No Way I'll Ever Regret It", to "I Was Stupid… So Stupid" and "I Won't Rely On Anyone Anymore".

The true beauty of the show lies in the fact that it didn't end that way. It didn't end by stating everything was hopeless, it didn't end on a downward spiral, it ended as it began—by concluding that you don't need to be afraid, that your wishes can come true, and that holding hope in your heart can change the world.

Sayaka's fall into despair was a major plot point, and her regretting both her wish and her actions were the precursor to that. Her last scene, however, is not her death as a witch; her last scene is getting to see the positive impact of her wish, being satisfied with that, and stating "I don't have any more regrets".
