- employee fired, locks changed, we are all told that he is not allowed on the premises including the parking lot and to call the police if we see him. nobody will say what happened and if you ask someone will say "Don't ask about that."

- two managers "no longer with the company," locks changed, once again zero idea of what transpired.

- all-hands meeting where we are told about several changes at once, all of which suck for us, including that we will no longer receive cash tips at the end of each shift and they will instead be added to our paychecks. this will begin in Two Days. owner and the lady who does payroll argue about how this actually works during the announcement. payroll woman says that they were Going to notify us all about this like two months ago but for some reason never did. so now they're springing it on us and when people say hey i kind of need that cash Now to buy food they say "well your pay check will be bigger!"

- someone is drunk at the all-hands and raises their hand basically crying at one point.

- come in the day after the all-hands and i'm told that person was fired and to call the police if i see her.

- during that same shift get an announcement on our work app. manager is saying hey guys this is very serious someone is spreading rumors that (coworker)'s husband is abusing her which is a horrible thing to accuse someone of. and i have talked to (coworker) and this is not true and i will Not hear any more about this.
