I personally want Cas to be human. I want him to willingly give up his grace to defeat Chuck and choose a mortal life. 

My ideal ending has Cas, Dean, Sam, and Jack standing outside a derelict building, possibly in Vermont. They all look at the building, then at each other. Dean opens the trunk of the Impala. He looks at his family, then at the house, and then at his family. He opens the trunk of the Impala. TFW 2.0 looks inside. There are dozens of hammers, saws, wrenches, screwdrivers, and various other home improvement tools within. Dean says “We’ve got work to do” before grabbing a tool. The Impala trunk closes, roll credits.
