Ideas for creating your own supply (NPD)
"Supply" refers to the sources of validation that people with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) use to regulate their self-esteem. While the "ideal" is generally considered to be a state of not needing validation and accepting yourself as you are, this is not everyone's goal, and it doesn't happen overnight. Another option is to learn to create your own supply without relying on others.
