A 10 hour work day scrambling to crunch numbers, manage accounts, repair code and slam together a college final’s worth of presentable information just to eat for another week is not the same as your 10 hours on discord arguing about the sex lives of cartoon network characters.

Purely anecdotal, but my physical and mental health from working on a manufacturing line was infinitely better for both my physical and mental health than my current desk job.
