I have two very important things I need to talk about. Ok. More like things that are holding my mental health together right now in this especially tumultuous time.
First off, if you didn't know, @kisahawklin recently started Podficcing (cold reading) my fic Never Forget, Never Forgive, and its absolutely fabulous and fun and she just finished up and also did the extras and I had to give it a shoutout because its surreal to hear words from my brain exit someone else's mouth and I'm honestly so appreciative. It's such a big fic to read out loud.

So @waterloggedowl has done it again, bigger and better for this year's Fanfic Writer's Appreciation Day. Some might recall that some time ago she did a book bind of NFNF, well now they're back with a WHOLE SET. She redid NFNF as well as the sequel Paper Memories. I am literally still reeling these are the best things I've ever seen!!!!
Look at this shit. LOOK AT IT. TGCF official Hardbacks wish they had what my fanfiction has lmao. Literally now the coolest books on my shelf (that no one I know can ever ever ever pick up and read god help me bc no one knows of my supremely indulgent new pasttime nor that I, an infamous aroace, fucking loves danmei).
Three gorgeous covers, and each one has a different printed inside cover. Each has a bookmark string with a red bead and a butterfly pendant. The edges are painted gold, which is basically the best thing ever and matches so beautifully with the metallic cover art.
More images under the cut because this is getting long but like I have to sit here and freak out with you guys for a minute. Its been a day but like I'm still losing it over this.
A lovely and proper table of contents with the ao3 original information and tags on the side.
The title pages (first one is the same one from the first version they sent, but she hated that when she copied the text over all my italication was lost and felt the need to rectify things. Also they didn't have anymore of the same front cover material and they needed them to all match).
Also each chapter has a lovely little image at the start.
All my illustrations are included, looking professional as fuck.
And to top it off, at the end they included all my individual chapter notes from when I was uploading on ao3. No detail has been overlooked.
I don't have the words to express my thanks Owl. This is the most thoughtfully made gift I've ever recieved, and I'm so touched that you enjoyed my story so much as to transform it in this way. This set is a work of art, and I owe you my first born (should I ever have a first born). Bless you I hope you have the best fucking year ever.

As an adult I think me and all my friends should all have matching schedules and work like 20 hours a week and also everyone lives within 15 minutes of each other why is that so much to ask
I take Hua Cheng's attitude about keeping a tight grip on the gambling situation in Ghost City as the same as parents who would rather their teenagers have a little alcohol at home with them if they're curious rather than sneak it outside somewhere and potentially be in danger
