He sees Tim and Rachel hop out and go to the walk-up order window and he gets out of his car to go see them but he stops when he hears Boyd greet Tim and Rachel warmly and they order their ice cream (Rachel orders a peanut buster parfait and Tim gets like, as many blizzards as he can carry) and when they try to pay, Boyd shakes his head and chuckles and says “Oh, Deputies, please. Your money is no good here. You know law enforcement and veterans eat for free at the Harlan County Dairy Queen,” and his eyes flash as he looks across the lot at Raylan and winks at him. And Raylan storms off, betrayed by the very people he loves 💔🍦😔
