Psychonauts has become so important for me because it’s just straight up awesome to see characters that have the same problems that I do that aren’t labeled as freaks or just straight up bad people by the narrative. It’s just really nice and it makes me joyous.

I also like how tadc takes place pre covid(2017) while also coming out in 2023(post covid). It also really hits once you understand that the show is about queer people, specifically a trans woman who is a survivor of abuse, coming to terms with herself and the world pre covid and post covid and navigating digital and non digital spaces
