"Quit being a handyman and start looking into being an actor. You were a natural out there," Selina praised, feeling much less tense now that they were out of her holiday party. She hadn't realized how sore she was until now, shoulders strained from fixing up her posture and her feet aching in her heels. Her own mouth had gone dry multiple times throughout the night, constantly feeling like her every word was getting scrutinized. Zack, on the other hand, had been the more composed out of the two, as her plus one who successfully drove away most of the creeps that had been wondering why she turned down her invitation.

But, her coworkers and the shitty party was the least of her concerns now, kicking off the killer heels and joining Zack on the couch in her apartment. She sat on her knees next to him, giggling softly as she tousled her hair between his fingers, lips ghosting his skin but not grazing it quite yet as her hands descended his torso.

"We should do this more often," she whispered, loosening his tie and pulling it off before her fingers unfastened the buttons of his dress shirt one by one. Finally, she brought her lips to his jawline, tracing it slowly as she rested her hands on his bare chest.
