Two drinks are pictured here 7:30 am sitting behind my desk at school-- my daily shake & my daily coffee. One of the I finished by 8am the other by 11:30am... If any of you know me you know that I'm NOT usually a morning person. My brain gets so foggy & it can take a couple cups of coffee before I'm feeling perky. But THAT'S CHANGING!!! 4 wks of drinking shakology for breakfast (which really tastes like a chocolate frappe to me) & JUST TODAY I realized I'm not finishing my 1st cup of coffee most days until 11a!!! THAT is how much it's changing!! My mental clarity having 70+ healthy super-foods/nutrients as a key part of my daily diet. I--- the girl who wouldn't speak to people in the morning until coffee cup was in hand NOW is waking up at 5:30a, teaching 17 loud & rowdy adorable 3-4yr old, and not finishing my FIRST cup of coffee until 10-11am OR feeling desperate for it!!!!! Something SO EXCITING happened in my world this week!!! I-- the girl who has struggled off and on with fitness-- found something that worked!! Beach Body's program PiYo has changed SO much about my world as I know it. The fitness and nutritional plan were easy to follow without crazy expensive additional supplements! The accountability and encouragement I've received from other coaches and friends has inspired me to do the same -- but for the people in my life. I BECAME A BEACH BODY COACH!!!!!!! 😃 I'm not gonna push sales or anything like that so don't worry... It's really not what I'm about... this is as much MY OWN JOURNEY as it is one you have the opportunity to join at any point!! More exciting things to come!!
