Suburban Ennui

So, we moved Boy Interrupted into his dorm room yesterday. Amazing stuff. Everything went very smoothly and the dorm was so great and I went down a rabbit hole looking at all the new student events and meetups and the requisite poster sale happening on campus that I was almost jazzed enough to enroll myself. I miss college. What a sweet time. I hope he has a good time and learns something and maybe even remembers to fill out that form we asked him to complete five times already.

Been in the kitchen for hours because it’s the boy’s last dinner home for a while and food is my love language. I made his favorite pasta and coconut mango chia seed pudding (with toasted coconut and sesame seeds on top) for dessert. They’re so cute.
