Oh certainly, since all the information the Primetime Turtles have about the Doomed timeline is told to them through Casey telling little stories here and there; they all definitely heard plenty of stuff about what went on in the Barracks (And how desperate Casey was lol)
Casey probably did bring it up until after the whole Bale got together though, so at that point in Primetime Leos life he wasn't gonna be surprised at all.

Donnie only manifests his during active combat know, ironically because his brush with the technodrome left him even more sensitive, and his scars itch when covered for too long.

so I noticed that in check up Donnie's fake plastron opens to reveal his organs, but in don't wander off he can be seen with skin/scales covering his organs, I know he was born without plastron but what happened to the layer of skin?
Also besides Donnie and April are any of the other bale on the spectrum/have any mental illnesses? I personally Headcanon Rise Rapheal to have DID ^^
Turtle funfact; Alligator snapping turtles don't hunt most of their prey! They lie completely still on the riverbed with their mouths open, wiggling a bright-red, worm-shaped appendage on their tongue to lure curious fish right into their jaws. I thought it was super cool how you included that in the comics!

Second question is SPOILERS! So I'll explain under a cut. Also it's long apologies in advance, I'm pasting the full explanation I wrote on discord.
I joke that he has no bones but it's more just he doesn't have a spine or ribcage.
While in the mutation process, each pod was designed precisely to engineer each turtle for a different purpose. His brother's were mostly mutated body first, but I wont get into the specifics for them here.
Donnie's pod was made to focus first on his mental capabilities, and spend more time on them over all, with the intention of Donnie being his successor in the lab.
While the process was quick for all of them, Splinter still broke the machine before Donnie's physical process was finished. Leaving the fusion of his shell to a humanoid torso almost entirely undeveloped.
His shell tissue was firm enough to hold him up mostly while he was still a tot and super light, but once he started getting taller and heavier, that lack of structure basically made him start collapsing in on himself, it put strain on his organs and pinching in his nerves causing spasms. Thats part of the problem for him, rn now he's only really getting lucky with how light he is; but every year he gets bigger and it becomes harder to stand up right.
He's 5 in the comic, and it's one of the last years he'll have without an artificial plastron. Soon he'll start falling over more, get tired faster than his brothers, and have sharp paralyzing pain at seemingly random.
And it'll spur him to practically crawl into his lab(now just a room filled with all of the family's spoils from dumpster diving) and hobble together his first Big Invention.
Inconceivably smart already; he makes a simplified plastron made of scrap metal....and a machine to cut him open and attach it.
Because he's fucking insane, even this early. He has Intelligence, knowledge pumped into his mind as preprogrammed DNA, but he's still an autistic, simple thinking, child.
He doesn't understand the pain he might experience, or the consequences of such a large operation. He knows whats wrong and he knows he can fix it, so why would he not?
This is a habit he will have his entire life for good and ill.
The operation is traumatic but successful; but with shitty resources, he gets an UNGODLY infection. Leo will find him half dead like that, paralyzed with pain and lying on a bloody table; they just barely make it through with a combination of Leo's care and their mutant healing factor.
(This is only possible AT ALL because Draxum endeavored to make them nigh indestructible, no natural Human or Yokai or Oozesquito mutant could've survived something like this)
The event scars both of them deeply.
Which is now why Leo is so passionate about health science/their biology and why the yearly open check up the twins do is so emotionally charged, even before they're together romantically.
....It might've also given them both some intense psychosexual obsessions that will have long term consequences on how they navigate adulthood.

What would happen if Leo and Donnie from the doomed timeline actually fell for Casey’s begging/flirting?
Leo would have been destroyed with guilt. And the resulting emotional fallout would lead to him learning something kept secret from him in this timeline.
Then everything would go to shit.
