I'm trying to tell you how the people whos privacy you are violating feel about it because you won't listen to them..

This 45 years old man is on tumblr grooming kids. He keeps taking a girl to his place and makes her wear a mask, a tail, a collar, and sleep at his feet.

He says he's a woman but also a fox and that he has 2 angels inside of him. He lives with his brother and his wife (he calls her "husband" but she's female). He wears a wig, anime girl clothing, and makes people call him "mama". He streams on Twitch with a virtual avatar of an anime girl instead of his real face.

Him and the kid both say they're not humans but canines and are journaling their relationship on Tumblr. The parents want him to leave the kid alone.

The parents want her to live in "community living" meaning they think she needs assistance and might have disabilities.

He calls the kid his "pup" and encourages her to act as his dog, feeding into what seems to be mental issues as well as family problems. He convinced her that she is not human and that she should move in with him. But the parents refuse, so he has to wait till she's 18 to take her away, I presume.

He tells her that her parents want to hurt her and that she's better off with him because he's the only one who understands who she really is (a dog).

This is the girl sleeping at his feet under his filthy desk. And then her being sent home because her parents want her back.

"Time move faster" seems to be referring to the child's age.

Like a guru, he considers himself "the light" and the kid only posts about him and how hopeless they are without him. Again, he's a 45 years old man.

Obviously, the kid needs mental help. But this man is grooming her instead and acting like a guru.

i don't know if the parents are aware of the identity of the groomer. they may not have the pictures of his face. i wonder if forwarding this information can assist the parents, or if the tip line can escalate the case to further authorities.

cybertip will ask you to choose what the report is in regards too. it might be worth diversifying between "arranged sexual contact" and "other". we do not have evidence of explicitly sexual contact / arrangement but we can argue that it is highly likely

if you go with the same option i chose, the next step is a brief description of the situation:

the MissingKids form is a bit more straightforward; i suggest making it very clear what the purpose of the tip is, and that you are not suggesting the child is currently abducted (even though it is very tempting to emphasize the sense of urgency we all must feel):

it seems if it's a non-urgent tip, they won't give you a case number, but hopefully it still counts for something.

the workplace has a generic contact form: https://www.mccurdybowl.com/menus . if you're not in Canada and cannot easily call them, this will work. i will contact them today to let them know they have been mentioned in my reports to the tip lines as the workplace of a potential active predator, and to encourage them to volunteer any information about him to the authorities.

having checked the blog, the groomer currently lives with family and cannot house the child full-time as the house is not big enough. he posts frequently about dreaming of being financially independent enough to "provide" for her. making sure he does not have twitch and the conventional job as sources of income will help stagger the grooming somewhat barring anything else.

Parents might be abusive or not. Don't know if kid is related to groomer. I think online meeting is more likely. Either way, a 45 years old is grooming a disturbed young person who needs help.

This is him on Twitch reacting to the kid telling him that tomorrow they'll see each others and play as dogs. The kid is in the chat as "tommies_stinky_paws". Spent 2 hours there spamming the chat to talk solely about being a dog. Got barely acknowledged by the grooming guru who was focused on playing his game because, unlike the child, he doesn't actually believe what he's saying and he has a life and hobbies outside of this nonsense. They might have met on Twitch.

It appears the kid is 20 years old, as stated on her sideblog and instagram. But she's still under her parents' care and apparently has autism (not a big surprise). So she's not a minor as we suspected.

She met the groomer only a few months ago. Either at an anime or furry con or on the internet.

Imagine being the parent of a 20 years old autistic girl who meets a couple in their 40s online and the couple keeps telling her that living with her parents is like living in a prison and the only people who can help her and accept her are those two strangers. And she needs to move in with them and be their dog.

the time, place, and crime specifics are detailed and distributed. is a direct threat, which is criminal conduct under US law.

OP, you absolutely can report this to authorities. the post is a crime.

because it is interstate, you can report it to the FBI. I am not being dramatic. I work on music tours professionally and the FBI is who we contact when internet threats of violence are circulated about a show. They will respond. For some reason tumblr wont let me tag you so I really hope you read this.
