Exactly! The roots of the words are sometimes very important, sure, but I don't think Josh, Kevin, Martin, and Danny are using the world bc they know what the fuck a pussillanimous is. Men don’t actually like it when women enjoy sex as much as they do or even more, because to them sex is an act done upon women not a shared experience. When they say they want a woman who matches their sexual drive what they mean is that they want a woman who agrees to participate in sex as often as they, men, desire, not when she actively chooses so herself. They immediately lose interest or get confused when a woman is an eager initiator, because men are not used to seeing us as people with desires and feelings and not sexual objects.

being able to hear someone criticizing your behaviour or something you like whether it's music or tv shows or a restaurant you like or clothes or whatever and not immediately collapsing emotionally or responding as though you're being physically attacked is one of the most important skills to develop and a sign of maturity and resilience. if you react like you're a caged animal every time you encounter someone who doesn't like something you do or dislikes something you like or just straight up doesn't like you that needs to be addressed if you want to grow as a person and not live in a constant state of insecurity. if you assume that someone disagreeing with you or disliking something you like, especially if it's an opinion on art and media, automatically impacts your worth as an individual or makes you react the same way you did when you were 5 and another kid didn't want to play with you that needs to be addressed idk what to say it's time to develop some resilience
