It's like wanting to have our cake and eat it too, which is somewhat possible when it comes to fiction, but systems of oppression like patriarchy don't care why you like male violence, or in what form you accept it, as long as you like and accept male violence. As long as women continue to feel desirable using patriarchal dynamics, in any and every form, the system lives on.

When we speak of "women's spaces" we are talking about real, physical spaces. Not some subcommunity of a few lesbian feminists online who just want to talk with other lesbians, not OSA women. Not some subcommunity of childfree women who don't want to talk about Mary Jo's three beautiful innocent sons everytime they bring up how motherhood can possibly contribute to enabling patriarchy. Not some radfem discussion post about how disabling the beauty industry for women and how obsessive hyperfemininity is a male-developed psyop to make women distracted, weaker, and lose resources they could otherwise be using for their own liberation.

Are you implying that lesbians should not have their own spaces... because feminism? Lesbian spaces should actually be inclusive to all women or else we are being divisive and ruining feminism's chances for success? You sound like a leftist man.

I'm surprised you didn't bring up race too, considering your clear hatred of lesbians having their own places to connect. How do you feel about Black women having their own feminist spaces? Korean women? Women from the global south in general? Should they open themselves up to white women or else they're destroying feminism?

You seem to be forgetting that males do absolutely hold judgements and prejudices against each other on small scales, just like these subspaces you hate women having so much. Race, sexuality, masculinity, fatherhood, all of these groups can perform exactly the same way. Just when they are in power it is "all men first".

Radical feminists are like that, just with women. You are just feeling butthurt because I am guessing some childfree or lesbian radical feminist said something mean about your Nigel or your adherence to beauty standards. I won't deny that women do a have a problem with maintaining class consciousness in the way men have succeeded, but it's the opposite reasons of what you claim. The division relies on feminine, male-centered women of all kinds refusing to critically examine anything about their way of life that is at all uncomfortable in any way. Choice feminism is the final product of this.

Instead, like you prove here so clearly, you would rather play victim to the mean radfems who are out to divide us! Instead of sitting with discomfort and joining us in awareness, you would rather point fingers at other women for not being the right sort of placid, inclusive feminists of your Hollywood-inspired fantasies.
