my #1 activity this week has been "pissing myself off so hard i get a headache"

on one hand its great that ive overcome my worst coping mechanisms and gotten healthier overall. on the other, it is a unique kind of hell to have developed an honest to god addiction to solitaire and pulling out my leg hairs
