I'm not a mad scientist because it's easy work I'm a mad scientist because I love the job. Every night I have to give every single experiment a kiss on the forehead and tuck them all into bed and tell them I love them. Sometimes they ask for bedtime stories. It takes hours to get them all in bed and ready for lights out and I have to do it every single night no matter how tired I am. Its a thankless job but somebody has to do it

every time someone mentions the little prince I almost forget it’s a children’s book because I literally cannot get through the part about being tamed without crying
