eating a can of vegetarian bush beans thats been in my cabinet for a couple months and trying not to run to the bathroom again

and im in pain on top of that. my joints are so inflamed im having trouble standing. i do not want to to any physical therapy. im tired

waited 3 hours to be told that the crowns cant be placed due to the degradation of my teeth, i need more root canals i have to wait more time for, and in the meantime i still cant chew, really grateful for any help with soup
