i know that in episode five of this season, because i read the episode descriptions that nick goes through the pond for the first time. and he goes with kat back to: 1925. but, i do sort of wish he went through with alice – for his first trip in the pond.

i mean, i have no idea how that would work, story-wise with alice this season. but, i just loved alice and (young) nick as a couple and they break my heart. they were just doomed from the start, and i guess? that is why i wish nick went with her in the pond. because, in a way – he could understand why she lied to him and really understood why she disappeared and reappeared so strangely. i know nick ‘understands’ now that he knows about the pond and everything.

but, seeing nick and alice go through the pond together would be so interesting. i mean, they had that interaction where he gave her back the fishhook bracelet last season – and to me it felt unfinished. like, it felt like something more was there that was not being said. like, i know nick and alice both moved on by that point, but it still feels unfinished to me, in a way too.
