I am mainly a gifmaker although I have been known to write from time to time. I do not take writing requests, but I am happy to hear any thoughts you may have.

8. Really really want to get into tv/film/theatre stills. I've done some, but not much.
10. I can't say too much about it, but there was some filming at one of my uni's buildings a few months ago, and I managed to get invited to the set to meet the stills photographer there! It was a major production as well. When it comes out, I will gif that one scene I was there for. BUT IT WAS SO AMAZING (also the photographer has worked with aneurin before!!!!!!!!! π€―π€―π€―π€―π€―)
14. I'm kinda liking this little app that lets me see all the film I have in the fridge without needing to open the fridge. I can keep track of what I've shot, what I'm shooting, what needs developing and what's available to use. Really really useful. It's called Film Frigo

talking about photography, which brand of camera is better in your opinion: nikon, canon, fujifilm or sony?
Firstly, I've never bought into the whole brand-war kind of thing. Each brand is known, and good, at different things.
But I will at least talk about what I do know.
I do not feel able to answer about Nikon or Sony, since I've never used any camera from either. I do know people who use them and do amazing work. I do believe that Sony is known for it's autofocus? But I can't think of anything else.
Fuji and Canon below since there's a lot of pictures
I have used Fuji GXF cameras before a few times while doing my degree since the kit hub had them. And honestly they were amazing! (Apart from the one time I dropped one on the road.... Β£450 to repair the screen...........)

My grandpa used canon's back in the 70s, and my dad uses canon as well. Naturally it made sense for me to as well. And I'm pretty happy with that. I have at least one camera from the major Canon systems:
Grandpa's A-1 and AE-1 (I prefer the A-1)
I do particularly like using them for cars since that's what grandpa did with them. I used them for reenacments last year until I did one roll at a joust and only one photo was in focus (the top left). I also realised I was carrying two sets of lenses with me, not to mention the fact that there aren't a lot of long telephoto lenses for Canon FD, and what there is is very expensive are big.
So I switched to Great Uncle Stephen's EOS 5
This one let's me use the same lenses for film and on my digital R6. And it served me well until Evesham a few weeks ago when I accidentaly dropped it in a river.

I did manage to replace it with an EOS 3 and went to a joust on the weekend to try it before Bosworth next weekend:
I only developed the black and white, but so far, it looks good. Not to mention much better b/w film this time.
And of course the one digital I take to these things, Canon R6 Mark II. I got this one last year as my first mirrorless camera (and the first mirrorless in the household). I do not regeret it either:
