This is my mantra today.... You see, as a person who likes to "know it all", I too get caught up in my head about SHOULDS, SHOULDNTS, analysing what's best, fearing making wrong decisions and so on....! Even though I teach & preach, "listen to your heart", "follow your intuition", "feel what's right", etc I still have moments of getting caught up in "needing to know".... In trying to "work it out".... So today, thanks to a reminder from my invaluable mentor, THIS mantra will be my guiding star....! Excitement will be my leader....😊My boss, my coach, my director.... What excites me most will be my discerning factor in what I do, don't do.... What makes me feel uplifted? Energised? Pumped?? EXCITED??! THAT is what I'll be doing! Who's joining me?? Our excitement truly is the language of our soul and true, unique essence!! What excites me is different to what excites you, and the next person and so on.... By following a pathway of excitement pebbles we truly do end up being lead to OUR OWN destiny.... Not a carbon copy of what we are told to do or what we think we should do.... It's a pathway for magic, miracles & success 😝👌⭐️ I promise you this! It's also the HEALTHIEST pathway and a way to activate sluggish energy, metabolism, digestion and mental clarity 😊 So.... HABITS..... I woke up this morning aware that HABITS SHAPE US..... So if we're not happy with our form - physical, mental, career-wise, financially, relationship-reality, so on & so forth, we need to conduct a Habit overHaul....! Our THOUGHTS directly influence our FEELINGS....our feelings directly dictate our ACTIONS.... And our actions directly determine our RESULTS...So you see, the THOUGHTS we allow ourselves to habitually think, & the FEELINGS we allow ourselves to habitually feel (yes THOUGHTS & FEELINGS are another type of habit- they are not conscious most of the time) are directly responsible for what is showing up in our life.... When I learned this many years ago, I discovered "the secret" to changing my life!! I was desperately down, drowning in financial stress & on the brink of breakdown... My hair was falling out, my gums bleeding & my stomach was "so acidic" I could hardly keep any food down....! I was quite unwell!! I had to seriously rehab my mind & overHaul my Habitual habits & the feelings I was allowing myself to immerse in everyday (predominantly fear based)! I had to exercise my mind strength to be GRATEFUL, OPTIMISTIC, to look at things DIFFERENTLY... To see possibilities....to believe in dreams... To choose to TRUST life and where it was leading me..... It was a bumpy, scary, yet at the same time exhilarating time! Life taught me fast! Stick to track Gratitude/Optimism/Belief, get rewarded; slip into Fear/Doom/Glass-Half-Empty, get more lessons!! 😳Truly, if you want to change ANY aspect of your life, you need to start with your very most automatic & subconscious habits : thoughts & feelings.....
