I feel like a lot of people i know forget im diagnosed neurodivergent and it effects me every day the way i think the way i talk and act i feel like they dont take it seriously or believe that its a baily struggle for me just because im not like the ‘stereotypical autistic/adhd’ person, it feels like they honestly dont take my diagnosis as an actual issue just cause im not SUPER high on the spectrum or my autism/adhd presents in a different way then it does to the other people they would take seriously what does it take to be recognised once for an issue i have everyday. No i wont be the same as the other autistic people but what they dont see is the extent to how it effects me too i dont have great memory or loads of facts on random things but i still have screaming crying self inflicting pain meltdowns just like every other neurodivergent person

Then they get mad or surprised when i act accordingly to what im literally diagnosed with its all fun and games until my disability actually disables me i get it its annoying for them but imagine what its like living with it everyday trust me i hate it just as much as they do
