Bruce has a thing for Clark, Hal, Barry and Diana.
Clark has a thing for Bruce, Barry, Diana, and J'onn.
Diana has a thing for none of them, but she wouldn't be opposed to trying something new.
Hal has a thing for Bruce and Barry. He had a crush on Diana once too, but he got over that pretty quickly. Ollie too when he eventually joins the league. He's also definitely thought about Clark naked. He's low-key into all of them, actually, but he has a job to do
Barry is still convinced he's straight, he always will be convinced he's straight, but he's thought about kissing Bruce WAYYY too many times.
J'onn is too sad about his wife and Mars to realise Clark likes him, and he has never really though about the rest of them.
And nobody like Arthur.
I'd like to make an amendment. Arthur and Ollie are fwb

why do green lantern fans hate batman fans so much? (genuinely asking I'm new around here)
Depends on who you ask! There’s an array of reasons why GL fans don’t really like the batman fans and it shifts from person to person, but I want to stress the fact that this is about fanon batfam fans — the ones who don’t read the comics, pride themselves on it, and are generally a nuisance towards other DC fans. We’re not talking about batman fans in general, many of us actually read batman and enjoy his character! The specific irritations we have is with the fanon side, and how they’re just really, really annoying sometimes.
I’ll try to break down some of the larger issues I personally have and the more widespread reasons for GL fan’s animosity towards the fanon batfam that I’ve seen pop up here and there. Again, I want to emphasise that this is about the fanon batfam fans, and not about the people who actually read the comics.
They clog our tags. So much oh my GODDD. Typically this wouldnt be that huge of an issue in a typical fandom since those are characters who exist together in a cohesive narrative. DC, and comics as a whole, don’t function at all like that and every section of DC functions as their own isolated fandom, and when you start clogging tags that are utterly unrelated to your post, people start having issues. So much of the GL tag is just filled with batfam posts or posts mocking the GL’s themselves because the people who post that only take from the characterisation of out of context panels, the DCAMU, or fanon characterisation — the most popular ‘GL’ posts are just batfam and don’t relate at all. I sort of struggle to articulate this well, but imagine seeing a post about a particular fandom, and for no reason they start dragging another fandom and then tag that fandom, and that post is the most popular in the tag for the fandom that’s being disrespected. It’s just an etiquette issue, but annoying as all hell and is personally my biggest issue, and it isn’t exclusive to just the GL’s, but we seem to get the brunt of it.
They don’t read comics. Honestly speaks for itself, but it’s surprising how stubborn many of them are about actually reading the source material they claim they’re fans of. This leads to a lot of misinformation being spread around and just actual tomfoolery that gets to an embarrassing point to watch. I think it’s straight up disrespectful that they refuse to engage with the comics because they’re too ‘sad’ or ‘edgy’ because they’re holding themselves back from reading some of the best stories ever put to paper.
If I’m being honest, it feels like many of them think comics are too juvenile to handle these topics properly and never really got past thinking that comics are inherently a children’s entertainment medium. Comics have their issues, yes, they’re a product of their environment, as literally everything in art is ever is, and boiling it all down to being sad and edgy and a medium incapable of deconstructing it’s own narrative, characters and themes just as any other artistic medium can is disrespectful towards every creative who has ever worked on comics.
Batglazing. This is just a DC thing in general but a lot of fanon batfam fans who don’t read comics, know fuck all about the characters they’re pitting against each other, and have a general bias towards the batfam do that ‘Bruce beats everyone with prep time’ but 100 times more annoying because they don’t actually know what the fuck they’re talking about. No, Duke does not beat Hal in a fight. No, Hal is not scared of Batman, that’s why they fight in the first place. No, Bruce is not a better scientist than Barry. No, Bruce is not the leader of the JLA, that’s J’onn. No, Bruce is not more leftist than fucking Oliver Queen. They try to place Bruce and the batfam into spaces already occupied by other DC characters, and instead of it being ‘what-ifs’, toying with it like fandom usually does, they treat it as canon and actively get into arguments with actual fans of the characters they’re disrespecting about it. It’s incredibly strange to see, and could be solved by opening up the average JLA or Titans run — or even just looking up at solo team up issues.
I’m gonna give my own opinion and say that a lot of this is just genuinely bad fandom etiquette and shows how bad the state of it currently is, and that I’d have a lot less issues if these people tagged properly. The not reading comics thing is egregious, but I literally wouldn’t give a shit if they kept out of our tags. A lot of this is just DC power scaling fitted into the clown suit of fandom, with a healthy dose of the medium of comics that literally makes it impossible to get a good reading of characters without reading damn near almost over 60 years of comics, which is why I give such leeway to fanon fans a lot of the time.
DC characters are riddled with conflicting characterisation, mischaracterisation, 50+ years of comics that takes months to read through, retconned and rebooted lore, involved in events that takes days to read through that, ultimately, do not impact the character. It’s hard to get into comics. I get wanting to engage in a fandom like DC that is so expansive, has decades of rich history, fantastic character work and being apprehensive on how much you have to read, but if it gets to a point of people questioning if you even know what the hell you’re talking about, then it’s probably a time to crack open a reading list.
Thank you for the ask anon and hope you have fun on your reading journey!

Daddy Lessons - Beyoncé
one day people will learn that "what if batman and superman were gay" is not a very funny concept because there is quite literally nothing there that could be a joke besides the idea of two men being gay. a lot of people on this earth seem to find the idea of batman, a character traditionally portrayed as a sort of apex of masculinity, being sexually/romantically attracted to a man to be funny? seemingly for no reason other than that someone like that liking men would be "absurd", could you believe a real guy's guy could be into men? that'd be ridiculous. maybe they think its funny or somehow obvious for superman to be gay, given how he tends to be portrayed in incredibly bright colors, or be portrayed as a sort of icon of americana. to which i again ask? what's funny about this? what's funny about a man being gay? please explain. i would love to know why someone being gay is amusing to you.
i understand why the typical homophobes and the like throw this idea around, they think anything related to a man liking another man is inherently hilarious, but its become so ingrained as an idea in pop culture that its been adopted a lot in queer circles, to which i have to ask, why? how is it funny? reclaiming homophobic ideas is entirely possible of course, but it does require some effort. simply regurgitating the same old shit doesn't change anything, it just allows these ideas to become more common, it allows the idea that queerness is inherently amusing to become standardized even within these queer spaces, where it's expected to be treated as a perfectly normal and natural way of being. none of this is to say its inherently problematic to "ship" the characters together, quite frankly i couldn't give less of a shit, but it's absolutely to say that if you solely do it because you find it funny maybe you need to search your soul a little.
a very much connected phenomenon is of course, apollo and midnighter, which, through presenting a canonical queer relationship has basically allowed this type of regurgitated homophobia to burrow into these spaces like a parasite. it of course goes without saying that apollo and midnighter are a direct parody of superman and batman. but i don't think many are willing to admit that yes, they're a gay joke. the fact that they're in a canonical relationship does not change the fact that warren ellis doubtlessly thought it would be funny if his pastiches of batman and superman were in love with each other.
the results of this are a relationship involving a man in full leather gear and another man who has been flanderized to the point that his sole personality trait is based on the length of his hair, he's now portrayed as a femme gay man, or even as if he's the "woman" of the relationship, and a surprising amount of queer people on this website post around that very idea and further it. there would be nothing wrong with the former if he was portrayed canonically as a femme man of course! but he's not, he's just a guy with long hair, so it's really quite reductive. and the latter is just insane, an attempt to constrain a queer relationship to heteronormative standards for no observable reason.
the only explanation for apollo and midnighter's progression among comics fandom i can imagine is the observable manner in which comics discussion has become a game of telephone (think tim drake's purely hypothetical interest in drinking coffee with no actual canon basis). a surprisingly small amount of people here actually read the books. and in this case, this game of telephone interplays directly with this sort of regurgitated homophobia. the idea that apollo is a femme gay man can't have come from the comics because it doesn't exist as an idea there at all, but it may very well have come from some forum 20 years ago and spun out from there, eventually becoming embedded in fandom discussion, regardless of the actual homophobia of socketing a gay man with long hair into a specific queer subculture he doesn't belong to, seemingly only because "long hair = girly".
the root of my idea is literally just. fucking think about the words you say. think about what you find funny. think about why you think these things. why are two men being in love sexually or romantically funny? why are men with long hair inherently feminine? spoiler alert, they aren't
