Antibiotics are anti-bacterial. They fight bacteria which are prokaryotic cells. Viruses are not cells, they're not considered living and cannot replicate on their own. To get rid of the virus you use an anti-viral.

Or you could just autoclave something if you want to get rid of both. Or deoxidize it. Counterly you could use radiation, that'll typically kill things. Phenol could work too if you don't have the money, it just may not kill endo spores, but like if you don't want to die getting rid of the viruses in you, take the correct medicine.

Fun fact: for my knowledge there are no known archaea that cause disease.
