I skipped the love letter to myself yesterday as I fell asleep and then thought, hey look I didn't make a mandatory project out of my journey of self appreciation. So tonight I want to say to myself, as always I'm proud of you. Today you worked, and rested which is enough.

We're closing the year in a couple of days and I hope you can admire yourself now. Everything is in alignment and things are working out for you. Trust me, maybe this season of sadness is lasting longer than you hoped but know that it'll all be worth it. As always, so freakin proud of you! I love you.

Before you go to sleep tonight, I wanted to say I'm proud of you. You're doing better than you see and these small steps will add up in the future. Don't lose hope, your story will be worth the wait. It'll make sense in the future. For now, keep walking.

This morning you were fantastic as usual. I love the way you smiled and laughed, how you chose to honor the oath to yourself and resist temptations of familiar pattern. It's hard, changing something you've been doing for so long. One thing at a time, you're changing and I'm proud of you. God's watching everything, know that he sees you and prayers are heard. You were magnificent today, even if it wasn't a loud day, I thought you did good.

I'm writing this to tell you that I see you and I hear you. It's safe now and I love you. Thank you for the way you've handled this whole year, it was very difficult and you had so much grief within you but look at how well you managed it all. I'm proud of you. You deserve all the beautiful things in the world and more. Don't be so harsh on yourself, please be kinder. You're a wonderful magical being, a celestial miracle so treat yourself like that.

The love you give out, will come back to you. The focus now is on finding yourself so when the love does come, you recognise it, cherish it and welcome it. Till then, cultivate love within your being and you will find the love you seek.
