“I dunno, but most people do.” Dante replied. “Rare for someone to visit me just for fun.” He tilted his head and laughed. “Yeah, I don’t know about that. I’m no singer.” He scratched his jaw. “Hmm… Gimme by ABBA?” He smirked a little, and leaned back. “I dunno. There’s lots of songs that make me think about her.”

“Well...” he shrugs. “I guess some people are jerks. But... I think you’re cool.” He has other people he knows. Other... demons. Less friendly ones in some cases, but Dante... Dante understands what it’s like to choose to be human.

He’s drawn to that.

“What other songs? Did she used to sing to you as a kid?” He smiles, turning to watch the ducks out on the pond. It’s a nice day, at least. Warm. Sunny. “My mom used to sing Moon River to me when she would put me to bed. So I think of her every time I hear it.”
