To answer your question basically the animatronics will shut down if they are outside of the perimeter of the pizzeria! It can be changed since it’s just apart of their programming. For them being able to shape shift into humans in my au, I think they’d just either be forcibly shape shifted back then shut down, or they just pass out 😭✌🏻💔 and remain unconscious until back on the premesis
