Ingredients: 1 cup fresh grated coconut. 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, washed and chopped. 2-3 green chilies, chopped adjust to taste. 1/2 cup roasted peanuts. 2 cloves garlic. 1 tablespoon tamarind paste. Salt to taste. Water as needed. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds. A pinch of asafoetida hing. Curry leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Grated fresh coconut, green chilies, cilantro leaves, roasted peanuts, garlic, tamarind paste, and salt should all be combined in a blender. To make a smooth chutney consistency, gradually add water while blending the mixture. As necessary, alter the amount of water. Vegetable oil is heated in a small pan. Sprinkle in the mustard seeds and watch them pop. Next, add a small pinch of asafoetida hing and cumin seeds. After adding the tempering to the well-blended chutney, thoroughly mix.
