The overall plot of the story
A young man, Kiran, is a small writer and investigator with a thirst to explore and uncover the mysteries of the unknown. Motivated by a moment from his childhood when he bravely and somewhat stupidly went into an unknown cave, and while most people say the cave has unknown horrors, Kiran, at first, heads into what he discovers is a big cavern with very colorful and shiny crystals and gems that are super unnatural, which makes him have an interest in discovering the Lovecrafts of the unknown. Kiran then, being somewhat reckless, encounters a weird, colorful crystal-like substance, unlike any seen on Earth, and then accidentally makes contact with it, which then merges with him. As it does, he then sees visions of some ancient city as well as a massive being calling out to him. Then after that, he is somehow fine. At first, he thought it was just a weird drug, but then, after seeing that some of his hair had turned cyan and his eyes began to glow, he began to freak out. He tries to walk off the shock, still thinking he is hallucinating. He then runs into a man who has come face to face with these anomalies and discovers that Kiran has somehow managed to weld these Lovecraftian power, he allows him to join the organization he works at, because he is trying to find a way to remove his daughter's curse placed upon her by these monsters, as well as hopefully find a way to discover and possibly stop these creators of the unknown. This then begins Kiran's journey into discovering the abilities he has, as well as discovering the Lovecraftian terrors of the Unknown.
Recently, you cannot access Gooseworx's blog anymore, and people thought she deactivated her Tumblr. However, she was actually banned.
When someone deactivates their main blog, a string of numbers and letters is attached to their username: "-deactivated[year][month][day]"
When you look at posts made by Gooseworx, there's no "deactivated" and no numbers
Some speculate that this might have been a sideblog, since there's no "deactivated" string if you delete a sideblog, but it was her main blog. You can't use sideblogs to like posts. If you search "Gooseworx liked this" on google, you will find proof ithat she liked multiple Tumblr posts.
All of this adds up to one thing: Gooseworx was banned from Tumblr. And why? Gooseworx is a trans woman, and Tumblr staff hates trans women and bans them for no reason, and also, there is an ongoing harassment campaign against Gooseworx, so I bet they must have mass-reported her blog and gotten her banned.
Fuck the "tadc critical" community, anyone in the "anti tadc" or "anti gooseworx" tags is NOT to be trusted!!!!!! They weaponized staff's transmisogyny to ban a successful trans woman off the platform all because the show didn't end the way they wanted it to.
not sure if it’s “new” but in the past couple days, my friends and I have each been receiving about dozens of this exact message with the exact same script from various random blogs.
but instead of empty blogs that are very obviously bots, these blogs all have profile pictures and reblogs on their blogs like any other normal blogs. although if you scroll down far enough, most of them are very recently created, with the first ever reblogs from their blogs being from less than a week ago — which makes me think they’re newly created blogs with reblogs and profile pictures, so that they’re not very obviously bots anymore. but they all use the same script.
obviously I did not contact them, and I have all of them blocked and reported. because I know if I did contact them, they would try and convince me that my blog was somehow “compromised” one way or another, and then they’d say I’d have to contact this random guy on discord (instead of tumblr support) and then I’d have to change the email I associated my blog with to their new email that they gave me. then boom. the second my blog was registered with their email, they had control of everything, and chances were that I’d never be able to get my blog back. or worse, they had access to my personal information too. it’s all the same scam tactics.
do NOT fall for them. do NOT contact any shady, random person on discord or any other platform. the ONLY way you contact support when you have an issue with your blog is directly through tumblr support. not a random guy on discord.
I’m not disclosing their url because even though I’m 90% sure it’s a bot, I don’t want to accidentally send people to harass an innocent person in case of the blog having originally belonged to an innocent person before they were hacked. because when these scammers/bots hack someone’s blog, they use the blog to further scam other people, since the blog was originally a legit blog, it won’t look “empty and obviously a bot”.

I love how when you watch this show again you notice that the Decepticons, despite being superior in numbers and technology, keep being defeated by their own egos, backstabbing, lack of coordination, and overall just being a bunch of morons trying to work on their own side instead of just being a team.
Starscream trying to rise to power, Megatron betraying Predaking, Arachnid trying to leave the team behind, Knock Out changing alliances every two seconds, and so on... If all of them actually tried to just work together then the Autobots would have been so screwed, but because they're all evil and the concept of "cooperation" just doesn't exist for them, they keep shooting themselves in the foot, and it's always so enjoyable to watch. 😄

There's not much in-between on the comfort scale. Either it sucks in some capacity or it doesn't suck at all. The tradeoff is, of course, how long it lasts. The more uncomfy, the more permanent.
Lacquer and staining is probably the most popular variety - it's painless and can be removed if you end up really unhappy with it. It does have a raised texture as opposed to a groove, so it can sometimes chip, but hey! Stuff can't get stuck in it.
Lacquer is slightly different from staining - staining on completely bare shell tends to wear off after a time, as it's basically just painting a permeating pigment over the shell. Lacquer is more of a resin-like consistency, and both adheres and lasts much longer.
Paint is slightly less popular in most places (popular in the hive, though), because it doesn't stand up to much wear-and-tear.
Artia's tattoo is painted because a) it was accessible and b) Reed wasn't... enthused about her doing something more permanent. He's willing to take the L with his tattoo if their relationship goes south or something happens to him, but he doesn't want her to do that to herself. He also has experienced the more painful end of the spectrum and. really doesn't want her to put herself through it just for the edgy. Artia was a little miffy at first but not that upset. She wasn't really looking forward to the carving process....
Basic carving is the next most common and preferred as a more permanent form for those committed enough. It comes with some discomfort, but that pain can be managed if you're smart about it (and/or willing to fork over some extra money for painkillers). This is also a precursor step to other more elaborate methods, and should be allowed to heal over some before attempting anything further. They should also be checked and cleaned somewhat regularly, given how much they can collect debris (especially if they're deep). Depth of the carve varies - depth is one means of translating shading and value in the design. It can also portray the significance the owner places on it.
It can be covered up if you fill it and sand it down, but then you have to match shell color. The seams are usually still visible.
In Kabbu's case, the Northern Tribes have some traditions and ceremony orbiting tattoos. It's not uncommon to have a tattoo of your clan (the circular one). His other is of the pictograms representing the first letters from Master and Bit. He got that one after arriving in Bugaria proper.
Sanding is a slightly less painful but also fuzzier version of carving. By definition it's usually shallower and has softer edges, but is also way less uncomfortable. Difficult to properly fill in and cover over, though. This one is usually followed by color-staining for better visibility.
Carving can likewise be stained. The safe option is to wait for the carve to heal properly, then stain it. The best spot for pigment duration, though, is to apply the stain partway through the healing process when the chitin is still a little softer.
Filling is a tricker process, usually preceded by a deepish wedge carve so the filling doesn't pop out of the shell. It's a painful progress and probably the closest to "taboo". You absolutely do not get this from anyone except a professional, and it's a longer process. You have to do the filling at a part-way point in healing so that it can sort of bond with the shell. Then you sand the excess filling away. It can be solid colored or even metallic if done right, or translucent and resin-like.
It isn't recommended to get too many carving-based tattoos (especially deep ones) - too many could register to the body as shell injury, and injury extensive enough to warrant a molt. Molts will undo the whole process at best. At worse, the molt can get stuck around the carving point or the procuticle can get snagged on the edges of the carve. Tricky business. This is also why carved tattoos aren't too popular. Adult molts can be somewhat selective in region, so it won't necessarily be a full-body molt, but even so.
Related to that, it's not usually recommended to get tattoos until you're done with all your (predictable) molts. Too much hassle. Painted tattoos are the most popular with teens and young adults.
Burning - or branding - is not popularly practiced or an accepted form of "tattoo".
Zasp's came courtesy of his former hive. He later gets a lacquer tattoo of his own volition. Eventually he gets a carved and filled tattoo over the branding on his back.
I wouldn’t be surprised if I was the first/only person to ask this, but the credit scene in episode 9 with Gangle and Zooble getting freaky, what was the intention with that? Based on what you said before I doubt it’s that they’re dating(unless you changed your mind), like is it fan service, you thought it’d be funny or something else??

I gave it a week before making my tadc finally fanart, and here it is.
My personal opinion: I generally loved the finally, it dose have its flass and it's not a perfect finally, but the conse of it didn't make me dislike watching it. I know some people who didn't like the finally and I know why and I respect their opinion. Becuase their is not going to be something that everyone will like, and we just have to except.
But anyway this show has been a wild ride, for the good and sadly the bad reason. But overall thx Glitch for making this show. And Goose, go and take the long break you so deserved.
