some things i hate:
youtube playing ads immediately after a video is over, not letting me rewind what i was watching until theyâre over.
all social media apps having this tiktok dash structure where as soon as a short video is over it automatically scrolls down to another one, algorithmically chosen.
streaming apps moving the thing im watching to a tiny corner and recommending more things as soon as the end credits begin, and i have to opt out of the next movie/show starting under a short timer.
streaming apps doing the same thing also after i finish watching through the end credits, not letting me sit with a blank screen for a little while until i decide im ready to move on.
let me breathe, you know?
